I Love Our Dogs!!!

What would I do without our dogs... I can't imagine life without them. Aside from the many stains, chasing Rocky down the street,vacuuming dog hair for hours at a time, or getting them to not lick us at the most inopportune times... they are our children and Matthew's siblings. Every night they tuck our boy in and never leave his side. Even when I am a crabby witch, (who me???)(smile!) they still love me. I was never a dog lover until Dan showed me that their love is truly unconditional and the sense of safety they bring to our home is irreplaceable... So thank you Lexa for being the Momma, Max for your goofy antics and Rocky for never surprising us and for always making me laugh. You are my babies and I love you!!

The Road Ahead....

Sometimes life has it's way of changing direction... Although I've always managed to find my way, sometimes it's not easy. I know that. I remember that the path not only changes but it gets rocky and steep. So,I travel with you... because I know eventually the valleys will get more fruitful as you endure and persevere. You shed tears in private, but I hear you, and cry with you. I am humbled by your strength and endurance, your guiding light managing to still see the way. I celebrate every valley you reach... Together, we will beat this.

Our Story...

So it all started 8 years ago and we've grown stronger and stronger every year. I am thankful every single day for each and every stepping stone along our journey that has brought me this life I have... I am truly blessed with a wonderful life. So I hope I can share as much as I can to bring those far away, closer to our lives here at home.
